I couldn’t figure out why the actress who plays Tara on OTH was so familiar. Finally figured it out. She’s Chelsea Staub/Kane. WHY IS A DISNEY ACTRESS ON OTH?! Only confused because Tara’s kinda a bitch and a slut by playing both Chase and Chris Keller. It’s so anti-Disney.
